Genuinely a flawless experience. Checkin was smooth with a small deposit of around 400 CNY held on my card (returned without issue upon checkout). Rooms well equipped with cooking equipment, crockery etc. very comfy beds, excellent bathroom. Not even a trace of cigarette smoke Right beside a large shopping centre and supermarket which has everything you would need (including a food court). Metro is a good 10 minute walk away but DiDi is so cheap it wasnt an issue. 5 minutes by DiDi (7 CNY) would get you to the Muslim quarter for instance. Staff very polite. In my experience always at least one on who had a good level of english. UK mastercard taken no problem. Breakfast was very good, plenty of western and Chinese options. Pool with sauna and steam room was lovely. Just remember to bring a swim cap! In short, I would definitely return if I am ever back in Xian!

The apartment was fairly spacious, though definitely smaller than advertised. The kitchen was well-equipped with a good selection of essentials. The hotel also offers a gym and a pool. Breakfast was varied, tasty, and satisfying. There’s an English-speaking staff member at the reception, which was helpful.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay with great communication. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. We also enjoyed breakfast each morning it wasn't the best selection but satisfied our needs and tasty. We absolutely loved the convenient location, next door two buildings up there is a centre with everything, restaurants, games centre and floor B1 has a shopping centre for grocery, all you need. Walk the block and you will find some old areas of small lanes with great street food.

The spacious of the room. Very nice layout. very gd home stay facilities especially for family with a very gd size kids room with play ground and books. there is a very gd size game room. with table tennis and game machine. gd location.

Quite and good environment. It’s near shopping malls. Facilities are well layouted for families. The kitchen and washing machine is very useful. My kids like the 27th level swimming pool and table tennis table. Have gyms facilities as well.

Location was a bit of a walk to the metro, but from then on you were close to so many landmarks such as the bell tower, the city wall etc. Very calm neighbourhood with a shopping mall right next to it, which was convenient for necessities and a small milk tea :) Also, we want to thank the staff for the hospitality and welcome as well as support during our stay.

Nice family apartment to accommodate 4 adults. The two bedrooms (one attached toilet and one common toilet) with seating area, dining area, kitchenette and washing machine made our stay as a family very comfortable.

It's outside the ancient city wall, it's close to a mall with food and supplies. The room was big and comfortable. Close to interesting spots without having to be stuck in traffic within the city walls.

i thought that the staff was quite good, and the location wasn't bad. the room is quite good, though im not sure why a single costs so much more than a double

The hotel is really nice with big and comfortable rooms for a good price. This was a short stay (only for 2 nights), but overall we had a good experience.
